Yes. Wulu products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we do not work with suppliers who do.

Wulu products are formulated and manufactured in China, using mugwort directly sourced from Qizhou; home to what is widely recognized as the finest mugwort in the world, and one of the four great mugworts in Chinese herbal tradition.

We work closely with our manufacturing partners there who exclusively supply 5-year-old mugwort grown just outside the city. At this maturity, the plant reaches its peak potency, with a naturally enhanced ability to penetrate the skin and encourage absorption of the herbal benefits.

The Thermal Healing Patch and Face Oil have a shelf life of two years.

No, each patch is designed for single-use only. Once the heating cycle has completed, the patch should be discarded. 

We currently ship to Canada. We don't yet offer international shipping, but we're hoping to expand in the future!

Shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order details using live carrier rates — we don't add any markup or surcharge on top.
