Welcome to Wulu Life ("Wulu Life," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, wululife.com, (the "Site") and any products, services, or content offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

NOTICE: It is your responsibility to carefully read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) prior to using our Site or purchasing or accessing any of our services, products, content, or resources (collectively, “Services”). These Terms govern and define your use of the Site and Services and are legally binding on you.

USE OF OUR SITE AND SERVICES
When you accessed our Site, you were given reasonable notice that these Terms existed. By accessing and continuing to use our Site or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms when the option is made available to you, you agree to be legally bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy whether or not you have read them. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, to make a purchase on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products and Orders
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are listed in [CAD/USD] and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, and descriptions accurately, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will be accurate.

Payment
Payment is processed at the time of order through our third-party payment processor(s). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines and costs will be provided at checkout. Wulu Life is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return and are eligible only in cases of defect. To initiate a return, contact us at info[at]wululife.com.

Chargebacks
You agree to make every attempt to request a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution or any third party payment processor we use to process payment on our Site. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms any third party investigating the dispute.

Payment Authorization
If any payment is recurring or made via a payment plan, you authorize our continued access to your financial information stored in any third-party payment processor we may use until your payment has been received in full and in accordance with any other payment terms accepted at the time of checkout.

Wellness and Health Disclaimer
Wulu Life products are intended for general wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any new wellness product, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any adverse reaction.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs, page layouts, trademarks (whether common law or registered) and the Wulu Life name and branding — is the property of Wulu Life Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; transmit harmful code or malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's operation.

User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site or tag Wulu Life on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wulu Life Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
We take violations and infringement of our Intellectual Property rights seriously. We expressly reserve the right to take whatever legal steps necessary to protect and defend our Intellectual Property, and violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible by law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wulu Life Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Media Release
By using our Site, you grant us a commercial license to use any image(s), including any containing your likeness, that you submit to us whether voluntarily or by default, such as your profile picture on any social media platforms, for our future business use.

Security
If at any time you are required to create a username and password to access any Services, it is your responsibility to protect your username and password from theft or any other means of unauthorized use that would violate these Terms. If you become aware that your password has been compromised or your account has been breached, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately by sending an email to info[at]wululife.com

In order to run our Site and provide our Services, we use a number of third-party applications, such as for processing payment, delivering electronic newsletters, booking systems.
